 Susan Searles-Gazza Realtor®/Broker/GRI , a life long resident of Harrison,  is a recognized leader in the community, having been involved as a business owner as well as a volunteer in Harrison and the Lakes Region & Oxford Hills area.  She served on the Harrison Board of Selectmen for 24 years, served as a president of Deertrees Theatre & Cultural Center, served as president of Harrison Olde Home Days, and was a founder and chairman of the Christmas is for Children Project in Harrison for over 20 years.  Susan became a Realtor® in 1980.  She was president of the Western Maine Board of Realtors® and was twice chosen as their Realtor® of the Year.  Susan joined her husband, John Gazza, at Heritage Realty in the early 1990’s and worked with him until his death in 2008.  She joined the Chalmers Realty team in August of 2011 ready to use her knowledge and experience to help both buyers and sellers realize their real estate goals.
